1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position offers approximately 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage of $20.00 per hour. As a Warehouse Team Member, you will play a crucial role in efficiently handling incoming stock, relocating merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately for order fulfillment.
• Relocate merchandise in accordance with product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise strategically.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain warehouse appearance.
• Cooperate and communicate effectively with peers, suppliers, and management.
• Provide input for process improvements and budget goals.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation concerns.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures for efficient task completion.
• Operate equipment safely and notify management of any issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

• Work in varying temperatures and safely handle products.
