1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our warehouse operations at ALDI. Our team ensures that products are efficiently received, selected, and delivered to our stores to meet the needs of our customers. As a member of our dynamic team, you will work in a fast-paced environment in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to established guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain warehouse cleanliness.
• Cooperate with peers and leadership to improve processes.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 required.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products up to 45 pounds.
• Stand, bend, reach, and walk throughout the warehouse.
• Operate powered industrial equipment.
