1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are currently seeking a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Team Member, you will play a crucial role in the efficient handling of stock, loading and unloading merchandise, and maintaining warehouse standards. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance and safety standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to improve processes.
• Inspect product quality and report any issues to management.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently and in a team environment.
