Job Description

We are seeking a motivated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our warehouse operations team at Aldi. In this part-time role, you will play a crucial role in receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores. Our teams work in ambient and temperature-controlled areas, ensuring a safe and efficient warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Organize, load, and unload merchandise according to warehouse guidelines.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Collaborate with peers and warehouse leadership to improve processes.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Physical capability to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
