Duties and Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock accurately.
- Relocate merchandise following handling guidelines.
- Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
- Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
- Provide input for process improvements and maintain product quality standards.
- Operate equipment safely and efficiently.
- Perform assigned tasks within company policies and procedures.
Job Qualifications
- 18 years or older.
- Demonstrate concern for quality, safety, and collaboration.
- Adapt positively to challenges and drive for success.
- Efficiently organize and execute tasks within company standards.
- Excellent communication and basic mathematical skills.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 45 pounds.
- Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
Physical Requirements
- Lifting and placing products up to 45 pounds.
- Moving merchandise, bending, reaching, and walking throughout the warehouse.
- Working in varying temperatures and operating industrial equipment.
