Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Worker to join our team at Aldi. As a full-time employee, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, preparing orders for shipment, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating with team members and leadership. This position offers a starting wage of up to $20.75 - $26.75 per hour based on your shift.
Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock accurately.
- Relocate merchandise following handling guidelines.
- Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically for shipment.
- Participate in inventory counts and maintain warehouse standards.
- Cooperate effectively with peers, suppliers, and management.
- Provide feedback to improve warehouse processes.
- Inspect product quality and safety standards.
- Perform tasks accurately within company guidelines.
- Operate equipment safely following established procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications
- Minimum age of 18 years.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, operate industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
- Strong communication, mathematical, and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented team player.
