Job Description

We are looking for a motivated 1st Shift Warehouse Worker to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Worker, you will play a crucial role in efficiently handling incoming and outgoing stock, ensuring the warehouse's smooth operation. From selecting and receiving stock to organizing merchandise strategically, you will contribute to maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and address safety concerns.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positivity, and resilience.
• Ability to operate powered industrial equipment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds and perform warehouse tasks.
