1st Shift Warehouse Worker

Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Worker to join the Aldi team. Our warehouse workers are responsible for efficiently receiving and selecting incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and preparing shipments for delivery. This part-time position offers an average of fewer than 30 hours per week at a starting wage of $23.75 per hour.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to collaborate with a team and demonstrate a positive attitude.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physically able to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Experience operating powered industrial equipment is a plus.
