Job Description

We are hiring a full-time 1st Shift Warehouse Worker at Aldi. The role offers a starting wage of up to $20.75 - $26.75 per hour based on shift differentials. As part of the warehouse team, you will be responsible for efficiently selecting and receiving stock, organizing merchandise, and maintaining warehouse standards to prepare for shipments.

Job Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock effectively.
• Relocate merchandise as per guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties and warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and management.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.

Job Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and standing for long periods.
