1st Shift Warehouse Worker

Job Description

We are hiring for the position of 1st Shift Warehouse Worker at Aldi. This is a Full-Time role with an average of 30-35 hours per week. The starting wage ranges from $20.75 to $26.75 per hour, based on shift and schedule.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning to maintain warehouse standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide feedback on improving warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and address safety concerns.
• Perform tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Follow safety guidelines and ergonomic procedures.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness and positive attitude.
• Collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
