1st Shift Warehouse Worker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking 1st Shift Warehouse Worker to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Worker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient handling and distribution of merchandise, contributing to the smooth operations of the warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock, fulfill orders, and relocate merchandise as per guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Perform general cleaning duties, assist in inventory counts, and cooperate with team members and warehouse leadership.
• Inspect product quality, report safety concerns, and contribute to process improvement.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, drive for success, and efficiency.
• Ability to interpret company policies, communicate effectively, and work both independently and in a team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds, operate industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
• Basic math skills and attention to detail.
