2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join the team at Aldi. This position offers 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage of up to $22.75 - $28.75 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay.

Shifts

• Schedule A1: Wednesday to Sunday
• Schedule A2: Friday to Tuesday
• Schedule B: Rotating Saturday and Sunday
• Schedule C: Every other weekend
• Schedule D: Monday to Friday

Duties and Responsibilities

• Selects and receives incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocates merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sorts, loads, unloads, and cleans warehouse merchandise.
• Participates in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperates with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provides input for process improvements.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates conscientious, collaborative, resilient, success-driven, and efficient behaviors as outlined by ALDI Acts competencies.
• Ability to interpret company policies, communicate effectively, perform basic arithmetic, and follow instructions precisely.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, operate powered industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
