We are looking for a dedicated 3rd Shift Warehouse Operations Supervisor to join Aldi's team. As a crucial part of our warehouse operations, you will oversee daily tasks, ensure compliance with regulations, and lead a team to achieve high performance standards.

Responsibilities

• Establish and adjust daily work schedules to meet warehouse needs.
• Coordinate and supervise tasks of direct reports to ensure efficient operations.
• Oversee receiving and shipping processes to stores, ensuring compliance.
• Develop and implement plans to enhance operational results.
• Provide guidance and communicate performance expectations to direct reports.
• Model company values and promote teamwork among employees.
• Collaborate with other operational areas and communicate effectively with management.
• Monitor service providers' performance and maintain effective communication with carriers.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and manage warehouse expenses.
• Train, evaluate, and motivate warehouse personnel for success.

Requirements

• Knowledge of ALDI operational policies and procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to manage, train, and motivate direct reports effectively.
• Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict management skills.
• Organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
