Full-Time Store Associate (New Store)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at the new ALDI store. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, merchandising products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. This position offers an average of 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $17.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, Acts Competencies and Professional Skills.
• Process customer transactions, maintain cleanliness, and ensure attractive product displays.
• Assist customers, collaborate with team members, and communicate effectively with management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Physical Demands

• Stock merchandise, lift up to 45 pounds, and perform general cleaning tasks.
• Stand, bend, reach, and walk throughout the store.
• Operate equipment and handle products safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or above.
• Ability to deliver excellent customer service and operate a cash register.
• Skills in communication, organization, and teamwork.
• High school diploma preferred with retail experience desirable.
