Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring our store maintains a welcoming atmosphere and exceptional customer service. From merchandising and stocking products to cashiering and cleaning, you will be an integral part of the team.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Enhance the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service.
• Work collaboratively with team members to maintain store appearance and cleanliness.
• Operate cash registers efficiently and accurately.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly and according to guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service.
• Operate equipment such as hand jacks and floor scrubbers.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
