As a Store Associate at Aldi, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness. This role offers 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $17 per hour.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and maintain merchandise displays
• Assist customers, collaborate with team members, and provide feedback to management
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies
• Comply with company policies and procedures while upholding security measures
• Perform other assigned duties

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team
• High school diploma preferred, retail experience a plus
