Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate ALDI's M.A.P. guidelines in daily tasks
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and stock shelves
• Provide exceptional customer service and collaborate with team members
• Report inventory issues and provide feedback to management
• Follow company policies and procedures, including cash handling

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Retail experience is a plus
