Job Description

Join our team at ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level). In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance to provide exceptional customer service and enhance the shopping experience.

Job Type

Full-Time (32-40 hours per week)

Salary

Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Conduct store inventory counts and adhere to company policies
• Operate cash registers and equipment with efficiency and accuracy

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Ability to provide courteous customer service
• Operate cash registers and equipment safely
• Work independently and within a team
• High school diploma preferred
