Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness, ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts, Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Excellent customer service and cash register operation skills
• Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning duties
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities
• High School Diploma preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
