Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. This role involves merchandising, cashiering, and ensuring a clean and organized store environment. Your contributions will enhance the overall customer shopping experience and support the efficient operation of the store.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and process customer purchases.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store by stocking shelves and displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Monitor inventory levels, report issues, and participate in store inventory counts.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling and security measures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operational knowledge of cash registers and store equipment.
• Capable of meeting physical demands, such as lifting and stocking merchandise.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
• High school diploma preferred; prior retail experience a plus.
