Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join ALDI, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store provides an exceptional shopping experience to customers. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
• Participate in inventory management
• Follow cash handling policies

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to operate cash register and other equipment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Previous retail experience preferred
