Responsibilities

  • Provide clerical support including business writing and bookkeeping.
  • Manage employee files and participate in the hiring process.
  • Interact with customers to ensure satisfaction and positive online reviews.
  • Handle calendars and correspondence with precision and confidentiality.
  • Conduct industry research and maintain documentation standards.
  • Oversee office inventory to ensure supplies are well-maintained.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent educational foundation.
  • Availability for full-time hours, Tues-Fri 9-5, Sat 10-3.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
  • Attributes including professionalism, adaptability, confidentiality, and a willingness to learn.
