Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Assistant General Manager to join the team at Holiday Inn and Suites Gateway. In this role, you will work closely with the General Manager to oversee all hotel operations and ensure the highest standards of guest satisfaction, employee engagement, and financial performance.
Responsibilities
- Assist the General Manager in daily operations and decision-making.
- Train and supervise staff to maintain a high level of service.
- Act as a public relations director for the hotel.
- Manage guest feedback and resolve complaints effectively.
- Conduct property inspections and ensure maintenance standards are met.
- Collaborate with department heads for efficient hotel operations.
- Support the General Manager in business planning and key property issues.
- Maintain compliance with hotel standards and regulations.
Requirements
- University degree or diploma in hotel management or related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
- Proven track record in hotel management and staff supervision.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
