We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day store operations, managing schedules, and developing action plans to enhance performance.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement action plans to improve store performance.
• Communicate job responsibilities and expectations to team members.
• Identify training opportunities to enhance team performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Manage inventory and product merchandising.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years or older to apply.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years retail experience.
• Prior management experience a plus.
