We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Aldi. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring overall performance, managing schedules, and developing action plans. Your responsibilities will include supervising the team, optimizing product placement, and providing exceptional customer service.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement action plans to enhance store operations.
• Supervise and train team members to achieve performance goals.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Prior retail management experience is a plus.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent, and at least 3 years of retail experience. Prior management experience preferred.
