Assistant Retail Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Assistant Retail Manager to join the ALDI team. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in store management, overseeing daily activities, ensuring store performance, managing schedules, and fostering team growth and development.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 38 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $24.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement action plans to enhance store operations.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to team members.
• Identify training opportunities to improve team performance.
• Ensure adherence to company strategy and values, fostering teamwork.
• Provide product feedback and optimize inventory.
• Supervise store operations and escalate issues when needed.
• Maintain cleanliness, stock levels, and product quality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Prior retail management experience preferred.

Education & Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years retail experience.
• Prior management experience is a plus.
