Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Retail Supervisor to join Aldi's team. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in managing store activities, supervising employees, developing operational plans, and ensuring exceptional customer service standards.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 38 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $25.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist with developing action plans to enhance store performance.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to team members.
• Identify training opportunities for team development.
• Provide product feedback and recommendations.
• Ensure operational customer concerns are resolved effectively.
• Maintain store cleanliness and proper stock levels.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Prior retail management experience preferred.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of retail experience.
• Prior management experience is a plus.
