Full-Time Store Manager Trainee

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will receive comprehensive training on all aspects of store management to prepare you for a leadership role within the company. Your responsibilities will include supervising daily store operations, maintaining high levels of customer service, managing staff schedules, and implementing operational strategies while also nurturing and developing the team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and oversee day-to-day store activities to ensure exceptional customer service.
• Communicate and uphold the core values of the organization to foster teamwork and employee loyalty.
• Hire and train store personnel, manage schedules, and conduct performance evaluations.
• Keep track of inventory levels, ensure product quality, and oversee merchandising.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment for staff and customers.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to lead and motivate others.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Prior retail experience and management skills are preferred.
