Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Assistant Retail Supervisor to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will assist in managing day-to-day store activities, supervising team members, and ensuring overall store performance. You'll be responsible for developing operational plans, identifying training opportunities for team growth, and maintaining a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing action plans to improve store performance.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to team members.
• Identify training opportunities to enhance team performance.
• Maintain store cleanliness and proper stock levels.
• Supervise day-to-day operations and ensure high levels of customer service.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to lead and work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Management experience is a plus.
