Assistant Retail Supervisor

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Retail Supervisor to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will assist with the day-to-day store activities, supervise the team, manage schedules, and drive operational excellence. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement action plans to enhance store performance.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to team members.
• Identify training opportunities to improve team performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Maintain store cleanliness, stock levels, and customer service standards.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Proven ability to lead and work in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Prior retail experience, with at least 3 years in a retail setting.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of progressive retail experience.
• Prior management experience is a plus.
