Job Summary

As a Caregiver at Charter Senior Living, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the well-being and care of our residents. Your responsibilities will include providing assistance with daily activities, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment, and offering emotional support to residents.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the Charter Senior Living Mission and Core Values.
• Assist residents with daily activities such as medication reminders, grooming, and escort service.
• Provide emotional and social support to residents.
• Document daily assistance provided according to protocols.
• Attend training sessions and staff meetings as required.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment for residents and colleagues.
• Adhere to all policies and procedures of Charter Senior Living.

Requirements

• Previous experience working with the elderly preferred.
• Clear communication skills and ability to handle sensitive information with empathy.
• Capacity to work in a team and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle critical situations professionally.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR/First Aid Certification may be required.
