Certified Fitness Lead

Job Description

We are looking for a Certified Fitness Lead to join the VASA Fitness team as a Personal Training Lead (PTL). As a PTL, you will be responsible for advancing the personal training business, exceeding fitness financial targets, and ensuring an exceptional experience for our members.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop a high-performing personal training team aligned with VASA's core values.
• Increase acquisition of new and improve retention of existing personal training clients.
• Facilitate personalized programming to meet individual client needs.
• Create a welcoming environment in the Personal Training Cage for members, clients, and guests.
• Support and encourage personal trainers' growth and development.
• Attract new clients through personal relationships with VASA members.
• Coach personal trainers on consultations and package recommendations.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve monthly sales targets.
