Customer Exit Representative

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Exit Representative to join the high-energy team at Avis Budget Group. In this role, you will assist customers at our airport rental locations, providing excellent service as they exit. Responsibilities include checking driver's licenses and rental agreements, inspecting vehicles, entering information, promoting additional products, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver's License
• Basic computer skills
• Effective verbal communication skills
• Willingness to work outdoors or in exit booths
• Flexibility with shifts and physical requirements
• Customer service experience is a bonus
