Job Description

We are hiring a Customer Service and Stock Specialist at Aldi to join our retail team. As a vital part of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's M.A.P. values in daily tasks.
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain displays.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
  • Follow cash handling procedures to minimize losses and adhere to company policies.
  • Perform general cleaning duties and ensure store cleanliness.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Proficient in operating cash registers and store equipment.
  • Prior retail experience preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
