Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized, products are merchandised effectively, and customers receive exceptional service.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Showcase ALDI values through day-to-day interactions.
• Assist customers with shopping, cashiering, and product inquiries.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of shelves and merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and provide feedback on store operations.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and adhere to cash policies.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Demonstrated customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning tasks.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
