Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service and ensuring the store is well-organized and stocked.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
  • Participate in store inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
  • Adhere to cash policies and company procedures to minimize losses.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and within a team.
  • High school diploma preferred with retail experience.
