Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our ALDI team. In this role, you will play a vital part in merchandising, stocking products, operating the cash register, and maintaining store cleanliness to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's core values and competencies in daily tasks.
  • Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and keep merchandise displays organized.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
  • Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and security protocols.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
  • Experience in retail operations is advantageous.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Capability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
