Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, processing customer purchases, and providing exceptional customer service. This full-time position offers an average of 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $16.00 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
- Stock shelves, process purchases, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Participate in inventory management and monitoring for accuracy.
- Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and contribute to a clean store environment.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Prior retail experience preferred.
