Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Your focus will be on providing exceptional customer service and working collaboratively with the ALDI team.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
  • Perform cashier duties, stock shelves, and keep merchandise displays orderly
  • Assist customers, communicate effectively with team members, and provide feedback to management
  • Participate in store inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and follow company procedures

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
  • Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
