Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our dynamic team at ALDI. As a key member of our store operations, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring a clean and organized shopping environment.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their store experience.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
  • Monitor inventory levels, participate in store inventory counts, and report any discrepancies.
  • Adhere to company policies, cash handling procedures, and maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum age of 18 years old.
  • Ability to operate cash registers and equipment efficiently and safely.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Prior retail experience is preferred.
