Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and ensuring a clean and welcoming store environment. Collaborating with the ALDI team, you will deliver exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
  • Process customer purchases, restock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
  • Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
  • Communicate effectively with team members and store management
  • Participate in inventory management and cash handling
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure store security and efficiency
  • Perform general cleaning tasks to maintain store standards

Qualifications

  • 18 years of age or older
  • Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
  • Efficient operation of a cash register
  • Experience with retail equipment and cleaning processes
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Capability to work independently or in a team setting
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior retail experience is a plus
