We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a vital part of the store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Your role will play a key part in enhancing the overall customer shopping experience and delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers effectively.
• Collaborate with colleagues and communicate effectively with management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Perform physical tasks such as stocking shelves and operating equipment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Efficient cash handling and customer service skills.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning duties.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
