Job Description: Customer Service and Stock Specialist at ALDI

As a Customer Service and Stock Specialist at ALDI, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service and maintaining a well-stocked store environment. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Process customer purchases and maintain cleanliness in the store
• Stock shelves neatly and assist customers with their shopping experience
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and issues
• Participate in store inventory counts and uphold cash policies

Qualifications:

• 18 years of age or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficient operation of cash register and store equipment
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
