Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join the ALDI team. In this role, you will be responsible for various in-store activities including merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and providing exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Stock merchandise and maintain product displays
  • Process customer purchases accurately
  • Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
  • Monitor inventory levels and report any issues
  • Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures
  • Perform general cleaning duties as required

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Prior retail experience preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
