Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key team member, you will be responsible for a range of duties including merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure the best shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts
  • Adhere to cash policies and company procedures
  • Perform general cleaning duties and maintain store standards
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
  • Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous retail experience is a plus
