Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service, ensuring merchandise is properly stocked, and maintaining a clean store environment.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
  • Adhere to cash handling policies and minimize losses.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to operate a cash register, perform general cleaning duties, and operate store equipment.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is a plus.
