Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining the store's appearance, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with the Aldi team to ensure a smooth shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills required for the role.
  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and neatly stock shelves and merchandise displays.
  • Assist customers with their shopping needs and communicate effectively with the team and management.
  • Provide feedback on products, manage inventory counts, and adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Operate cash registers efficiently, handle equipment safely, and perform general cleaning duties.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register accurately.
  • Capable of working independently or as part of a team, with strong communication skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a professional manner.
