Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, cashiering, stocking merchandise, and maintaining store cleanliness. Your collaborative work with the ALDI team will enhance the overall shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

  • Job Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI M.A.P. competencies in daily tasks.
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and provide feedback on products and issues.

Qualifications

  • 18 years or older.
  • Proficient in customer service and cash register operation.
  • Able to operate store equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is a plus.
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience.
