Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a vital part of our store, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $19.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Stock merchandise, maintain displays, and assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Provide exceptional customer service and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Follow company policies and procedures, including cash handling and inventory control.
• Perform general cleaning duties and contribute to a well-organized store environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and safely handle equipment.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
