Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store appearance.
  • Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
  • Assist customers and ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively.
  • Provide feedback on products, inventory, and any issues.
  • Participate in inventory counts and cash handling procedures.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service.
  • Operate a cash register efficiently and safely.
  • Work with equipment like electric/manual hand jacks and floor scrubbers.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience desirable.
